The world now has the highest number of refugees since World War II. According to the UN, more than 65 million people have left their homes to escape wars and persecutions or as a result of hunger and natural disasters. Viva Rio works on the integration of refugees in the Brazilian society and on the elaboration of public policies in response to the current migratory crisis.
