The Ombudsman office is a fundamental instrument for us to keep improving our services. Opening doors to dialogue makes people feel respected and builds powerful relationships between staff and population.

This open channel betweeen employers and users of the services allows us to both improve methods and find solutions.

All questions received are analyzed by the Ombudsman, answered and added to our database.
