The program has proven to be one of the most successful experiences placing at risk young people and adolescents in the job market. Viva Rio takes care of the registration, selection, and training for internships at partner companies.
The Young Apprentice program promotes the professional training and civic education of young citizens and encourages them to continue their studies. Viva Rio, in order to ensure the professional training of these young people, provides partner companies with the information necessary to comply with the requirements of Statute 10.097, which determines the recruitment of young people aged between 14 and 24 years. The number of interns recruited per company should be 5% to 15% of its total number of employees.
To provide these services with excellence, the institution maintains air-conditioned classrooms, a computer lab with internet access, our own teaching materials, and a team of qualified professionals.
